I cluelessly critique the Winter Stations Design Competition

On Feb. 23rd, a freezing winter’s day, I investigated an art exhibit on the beach, called the “Winter Stations Design Competition”. But I didn’t read the website or the signs to learn the meaning of the pieces. Why was I there? Because a couple of days earlier, I had met Samantha at Podcamp Toronto – a podcasting conference. She needed to produce content for the University of Toronto communications class she was taking, and suggested we investigate the art on the beach, because she lives in the area and had heard about it. If you want to be smarter than me and actually understand the intention behind the art work, visit winterstations.com.
